Healthy Green Monster Smoothie
Yup, another Green Monster recipe… I’m on a roll!
Green Monster #3


  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • one 15.2oz bottle of Naked Protein Zone (or 2 cups of your favorite juice + 1 scoop protein powder)
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1 packet Amazing Grass Green Superfood (optional)
  • 1 tbs Ground Flaxseed or Chia Meal
  • 10 drops Stevia Extract


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree well!
