This is the perfect recipe to ring in the new year.  The holidays are over, we all indulged, and now it’s time to get back into the swing of things!

This smoothie is packed with peanut butter flavor, just like a PB&J, except it doesn’t have any of the unnatural peanut butter stuffed with hydrogenated oils, refined sugar and excess salt.

This smoothie is perfectly sweet and satisfying, just like a PB&J, except it’s sweetened with fresh, organic grapes instead of grape jelly packed with white sugar, artificial flavorings and synthetic food dye.

This smoothie is natural, wholesome, nutritious and (oh-my-freakin-mighty-goodness) delicious!  It’s surprisingly filling too.  Usually smoothies don’t keep me full for very long but this one kept me full for a solid three hours…  and with my cheetah metabolism, that’s pretty much unheard of  ;)
