Here are a few dishes that are still in need of perfection, along with dishes I am dying to test out!

Blue Blueberry Lemon Muffins:
Healthy Dessert Recipes - Desserts with Benefits
Problem:  The center was sticky and I want a brighter blue color, not faded purple.
Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins:
Healthy Dessert Recipes - Desserts with Benefits
Problem:  These muffins were very dense but delicious!  I’ll add more liquid + baking powder to make them rise better (yes, I know they’re ugly…)
Banana Bread Blondies:
Healthy Dessert Recipes - Desserts with Benefits
Problem:  I have made 5 failed batches of these blondies.  The first was cake-like and not banana-y enough.  The second was too dense and heavy.  The third was dry.  The fourth and fifth were too firm and got crumbly the next day.
Banana Cream Pie:
Healthy Dessert Recipes - Desserts with Benefits
Problem:  I overcooked the pastry cream and it tasted like scrambled eggs.  Gross.
Lemon Meringue Pie:
Healthy Dessert Recipes - Desserts with Benefits
Problem:  The crust was too crumbly, the filling was too firm and meringue “weeped”
Butterscotch Chip Blondies:
Healthy Dessert Recipes - Desserts with Benefits
Problem:  I took really ugly photos of these blondies.  I just want to remake the batch and take better pics  :)
Grasshopper Brownies:
Healthy Dessert Recipes - Desserts with Benefits
Problem:  Again, I took really ugly photos.  I just want to remake the batch and take better pics.
