Healthy Brownie Batter Overnight Dessert Oats

These Brownie Batter Overnight Dessert Oats are delicious, thick, and creamy. It’s hard to believe this chocolatey decadence is sugar free, low fat, high protein, high fiber, gluten free, and vegan too.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder
  • 2 tbs Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbs Ground Flaxseed
  • 4 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, flax, sweetener and salt.
  • Stir in the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy the following morning!

  2. I am eating this as I write. It’s so good and so rich I feel like I’m actually eating something I shouldn’t be. I added a banana to mine…..a banana drenched in brownie batter…….because with this recipe I can. It’s 9 points on WW using Muscle Milk chocolate flavored protein powder. I don’t have access to the brand you used. LOVE your blog and I will be praying that you get your funds to get your bakery open soon! 

  3. This is a staple in my morning rotation now. So far I’ve added bananas, toasted walnuts, cinnamon, peanut butter powder, and instant espresso powder…..not all at the same time of course although I have done combinations of the above ingredients. Next I’m going to try a batch with strawberries and another with raspberries…..FABULOUS……..:-))
