Healthy Butterscotch Pumpkin Overnight Dessert Oats - Desserts with Benefits

I can’t believe this is healthy.  It tastes like pure sin.

One bite and you’ll be hooked.  It’ll feel like you’re “cheating” on your diet, even though you’re not straying one bit.

“This has got to be bad for me,” you say.  But the little angel on your shoulder tells you otherwise…  wait, that’s not an angel, that’s just the ingredient list!  😉

  1. You are on a roll lately, girl! (speaking of which… I bet a cinnamon roll cookie dough recipe would be awesome. Just saying ;)!!) Quick question: Where do you find butterscotch extract? Me want!

    • I linked it in the recipe 🙂
Amazon also sells other amazing brands (and other extracts/flavorings) and it’s usually cheaper online, as extracts can get expensive.
PS: GREAT COOKIE DOUGH IDEA!! That sounds amazing, actually, MORE than amazing. I’ll have to try that like, ASAP 😉

  2. This looks amazing! I keep seeing overnight oats everywhere but I’ve never tried it (unless you count Muesli). I may have to try this one!

  3. This looks wonderful. I’ve been wanting to make some overnight oats for a while, but it’s been so dreary and cold where I live that I’ve been sticking to warm. This will definitely be one of the first things I try when I finally take the plunge! Yummm.

  4. I’m SO impressed with this oatmeal – the color is phenomenal and the texture is just so creamy. The topping offers the perfect contrast for the pudding. So awesome… I am featuring this post in today’s Friday Food Fetish roundup (with a link-back and attribution), but please let me know if you have any objections. It’s a pleasure to be following your creations…5 stars
