Healthy Cherry Milkshake (sugar free, low fat, high protein) - Healthy Dessert Recipes at Desserts with Benefits

This Healthy Cherry Milkshake is oh so sweet, rich, thick and creamy, you’d never know it’s sugar free, low fat, and high protein.

This deliciously addicting shake will provide you with a serving of fruit AND satisfy your sweet tooth!  Now that’s a win-win.

This Cherry Milkshake recipe calls for only four ingredients too.  I began by blending the main ingredients — cherries, yogurt, and milk — as a starting point.  But, after a mini taste test, my eyes shot open and I kinda wanted to chug the stuff right there…  it was thick, sweet, fruity and made me come back for more.

And more.  And more.  Aaaand more…

It was so good I didn’t even have the patience to photograph it.  I made this shake every day for an entire week, so I knew I had to share the recipe with you guys.  I finally found the time (about 42 seconds) to snap a few photos.  Chugging quickly ensued after that…  😉

Now that’s what I call a guilt-free milkshake!  It’s surprisingly filling from the fiber and protein, and since it doesn’t have added sugar, ice cream or syrup, you won’t get a sugar-rush and sugar-crash.

This milkshake is so easy to make.  And chug  😉

Oh, don’t roll your eyes at me!  If I was willing to share a sip with you out of my glass you’d run away with it and chug it too.

  1. OH MAN this looks waaaay to good to live without. Off i go to the blender 🙂

    • Yes it does but I will not use Trivia or any form of sugar substitutes!!!!! My doctor also agrees they are full of cancer. Use raw honey or Use the best ” Greek honey. If the honey turns to sugar, just remelt but that is a sign of the best honey. ΜΕΛΗ ΤΗΣ ΜΑΝΗΣ Meli tis manis honey from Mani (sparta) where I’m from is the best for many recipe’s. My dumb aunt threw her honey away because it turned to sugar, I told her what are you crazy?, you just re melt it. You can also mix cinnamon and make a paste to put on your face for acne. and scars.

  2. Okay so I just made this and… i have no words!! At first i though “hmm, this is pretty good” but then one sip led to another and it took the longest time for me to stop drinking it! My only motivation was that it was going to be my breakfast tomorrow 🙂

  6. I made this and it was so so so amazing! Then I poured some of the cashew milk I had used in the milkshake into a glass. And the cashew milk I used in the milkshake had gone bad! And I didn’t even notice it was so good!5 stars
