Healthy Matcha Green Tea Chia Seed Pudding

If you like matcha, then BOY, do I have the recipe for you!  This Healthy Matcha Green Tea Chia Seed Pudding is bursting with matcha green tea flavor.  This pudding is sweet and has got an amazing texture — smooth with a slight crunch in every delicious bite.  The matcha flavor is brightened up a bit with a tiny bit of almond extract which makes for an earthy, natural, sophisticated pudding.

This Matcha Green Tea Chia Seed Pudding is perfect on its own, but you can take it to the next level by topping it with some coconut cream, freshly sliced strawberries, grated white chocolate, and a little extra sprinkle of matcha.

  • 5 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 5 packets Natural Sweetener (steviaTruvia, etc.)
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 15 drops Almond Extract


  1. In a shaker cup, add all of the ingredients.  Cover with the cap and shake.  Pour evenly into jars, seal tightly, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
