Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip

Like Peanut Butter Cookies?  Like Cookie Dough?  Then this recipe is for you!  This Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip is so sweet and rich you’ll never know it’s actually healthy.  It’s delicious as a dip for strawberries or sliced apples, and it’s just perfect smeared onto some Homemade Graham Crackers (or your finger)!

Oh, and because it’s eggless it’s totally safe to eat it raw.

That means it’s spoon-licking time.

So take the edge off and grab a bowl of this (secretly) healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip.  Put your feet up and reelaaaaxxxxxxxx, this is some serious comfort food – just the thing you need for a long day of work.  In my case, a long day of exams!  This is what I look forward to when I come home.  Not my couch, not my TV, just a big bowl of cookie dough and some fruit for dippin’  🙂

Luckily, it’s comfort food without…  ya know, the unhealthy ingredients.  This Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip isn’t unhealthy like storebought cookie dough, this recipe doesn’t have any flour, sugar, butter, trans fats, preservatives or artificial flavorings… just pure peanut butter goodness!  This surprisingly healthy dip is made of all natural peanut butter and a little secret ingredient that you can’t taste.  I swear.  Because I hate this “particular ingredient” on its own and I can eat spoonful after giant spoonful of this with a smile from ear to ear, while simultaneously doing a totally embarrassing happy dance around my kitchen.  Thank goodness I’m telling you this on a blog instead of real life, because I bet you’re laughing at me right now.


This is totally a breakfast-worthy recipe.  I mean, Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip for breakfast?  Hell yeah, where do I sign up??

~4 cups

Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip


  • 1½ cups Unsweetened Soy Milk (or milk of choice)
  • one 15oz can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed well!
  • 1¼ cups Peanut Flour
  • 1 cup Stevia in the Raw or 1 tsp Stevia Extract
  • ½ cup Homemade Double Peanut Butter (or natural peanut butter)
  • 2 tbs Ground Flaxseed
  • ⅛ tsp Salt


  1. In a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl when necessary.
  2. Give it a taste and add more stevia or salt to taste. Scoop mixture into a large bowl and refrigerate covered overnight. Serve and enjoy the next day!

I’m sure I’ve drilled into your head that this dip is healthy, but now I want to show you that it’s healthy by comparing my recipe’s nutrition label with the nutrition label for Land O’Lakes recipe.

WOW.  That’s cray cray.  This is pretty much what my face looks like every time I look at the Land O’Lakes nutrition label:

½ cup of cookie dough should NOT have over 600 calories, 45g of fat, trans fats, and 39g of sugar.  Nope.

So make this uber decadent, rich, and delicious Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip.  You will eat this by the spoonful!  But that’s no problem at all, this delicious dip contains no butter, oil, cream cheese, sugar, flour, eggs, or trans fats.  That’s like a win-win…  win-win-win-win-win.

Funny thing is, your blog and Pinterest pages are the only ones I follow on a regular basis (love it!!) and I made truffles similar to this a few weeks ago, and earlier this week skipped the ball-shape and just made it like a dip. I was wondering why I haven’t seen something similar from you yet!

    This led to experiments with black beans and cocoa powder and some protein powder for a brownie dip, which I definitely recommend you try as well 🙂

  4. I just made this and I LOVEEE it!! I had to adapt the recipe though, because I didn’t have a few of the ingredients. So i switched the sugar/ almond milk for applesauce and the peanut flour for oat flour and it worked out perfectly!! Your a recipe genius !

  6. Will there be a difference in the overall volume of the recipe if using a tsp of liquid stevia as opposed to the cup of dry stevia?

    • Jenny-
      It depends on what kind of stevia you use. Stevia in the Raw dissolves really easily into mixtures like this, so it shouldn’t make too big of a difference… but if you have a granulated stevia, one that has the texture of real sugar, you’ll most likely need to add a little bit more peanut butter to help it dissolve.     Just got done making this! Soo good! And I made the low cal pb that you used for the recipe too! Does it thicken in the fridge? Bc mine isn’t as thick as yours is in the picture.
