Make the lavender “tea” by adding the dried lavender flowers to a coffee mug and pouring over the boiling water. Let brew for 5 minutes, then strain out the lavender.
In a small blender (I used my NutriBullet), add the thawed blueberries, lavender tea, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth, then pour into a large bowl.
Whisk the chia seeds and sweetener into the bowl, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy the following day!
