Healthy Peanut Butter Surprise Power Bonbons (3 ways)
Healthy Peanut Butter Surprise Power Bonbons, made THREE ways! Rich, sweet, and uber fudgy, these peanut butter energy bites will fuel your day!
Chocolate Crunch:
- 32g (1 scoop) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 2 tbs Honey
- 2 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
- 3 tsp Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
- 1 oz 70% Cacao Chocolate (melted)
Walnut Cinnamon:
In a bowl, stir together the protein powder, honey, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Divide the mixture into 3, and roll each portion into balls.
Press a walnut in each ball and wrap the dough around it.
In a tiny bowl, stir together the erythritol and cinnamon. While stirring, add in a few drops of water, until it becomes an icing consistency. Scoop this into a ziploc bag and snip a tiny chunk out of the corner. Ice with desired design.

In a bowl, stir together the protein powder, honey, and peanut butter. Divide the mixture into 3, roll each portion into balls, and flatten each ball into patties.
Add 1 tsp of crispy rice cereal to the center of each patty. Wrap the dough around the cereal and roll into balls.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over each ball.
Coconut Raisin:
In a bowl, stir together the protein powder, honey, and peanut butter. Divide the mixture into 3, roll each portion into balls, and flatten each ball into patties.
Add 10 raisins to the center of each patty. Wrap the dough around the raisins and roll into balls.
Spoon the melted coconut butter over each ball.
