Healthy Blackberry Pie Overnight Dessert Oats

Make a batch of Healthy Blackberry Pie Overnight Dessert Oats! All the flavor of blackberry pie, all the sweetness of a dessert, with all the healthfulness and nutrition of oatmeal. Win-win-win. Oh, and it’s refined sugar free, low fat, gluten free, and vegan too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries (chopped)
  • 1 tbs Roasted Almond Butter
  • 2 packets Natural Sweetener (to taste)
  • pinch of Salt
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the blackberries and almond butter.  Chop up the two together with a knife, or mash with a fork.
  • Stir in the packeted sweetener and salt.
  • Stir in the milk, then stir in the oats.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Serve and enjoy in the morning!
