Servings: 5 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
These Healthy French Toast Bites are super simple to make with only 5 ingredients!  You'd never know they're low in fat, high in fiber, high in protein, and whole grain with no sugar added.

  • Slice each of the One Buns into 6 wedges.
  • In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg whites and egg.  Whisk in the cashew milk, vanilla, and salt.
  • Spray a nonstick saucepan with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
  • Dip the One Bun wedges in the egg mixture, then arrange on the hot pan.  Cook until browned, then flip and repeat until completely cooked through.
  • Serve with powdered erythritol, ground cinnamon, sliced bananas, and pure maple syrup.  Honey, jam, honey, fruit, whipped cream, and/or chocolate chips work well too!
