Healthy Green Peach Lassi

Thick, creamy, and uber flavorful Healthy Green Peach Lassi!  So sweet and satisfying, you'd never know it's hiding a vegetable!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen Peach Slices
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 packed cup Baby Spinach
  • ¾ cup Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 4 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
  • pinch of Cardamom (optional, just for authenticity!)

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender (I used my Vitamix).  Puree on high speed, using a tamper if needed, until completely smooth.
  • Enjoy!
