Healthy Cinnamon Roll Overnight Dessert Oats

These Cinnamon Roll Overnight Dessert Oats are sweet, rich, tasty, and satisfying. They're also super easy to make! Just stir together a few ingredients, leave it overnight, and then stuff it in your face in the morning!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ½ scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tbs Neufchâtel Cream Cheese (or ⅓ Less Fat Cream Cheese, room temp)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and sweetener.
  • Stir in the almond milk, cream cheese and vanilla extract.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Enjoy in the morning!
