Thick, creamy, and uber flavorful Healthy Green Peach Lassi! So sweet and satisfying, you'd never know it's hiding a vegetable!
Ingredients

Frozen Peach Slices

cups
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1
packed cup
Baby Spinach
¾
cup
Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
4
packets
Natural Sweetener

stevia

Truvia
, etc.)
pinch
of
Cardamom
(optional, just for authenticity!)
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender (I used my
Vitamix
). Puree on high speed, using a tamper if needed, until completely smooth.
