Healthy Blueberry Macadamia Butter

Servings: 9 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Combine rich and buttery macadamia nuts with sweet blueberries, and voilà! You've got yourself a sweet, delicious, and healthy, spoon-worthy Blueberry Macadamia Butter! Perfect for topping overnight oats, pancakes, waffles... or straight up by the spoonful!

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender (I used my NutriBullet), add the macadamia nut butter and freeze-dried blueberries.  Blend until completely smooth.
  • Add the blueberry flavor and stevia extract and blend one last time.  Scoop the mixture into serving jars and refrigerate to store.

Recipe Notes

Because this recipe uses a fruit (even though it's freeze-dried), the nut butter will last 1-2 weeks in the fridge.  I tested out freezing half the batch, then thawing it out at room temperature and it worked just fine!  Freezer-friendly Blueberry Macadamia Butter — who knew??  :)
