Healthy Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter Krispy Treats

  • Line an 8" brownie pan with parchment paper both ways.
  • In a large bowl, add the rice krispies and salt.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the date syrup and nut butter. Microwave for 20 seconds, or until softened and slightly warm.
  • Stir in the cinnamon and sweetener, then stir in the protein powder. Dump in the rice krispies and fold together.
  • Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan and flatten. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Slice and serve!
