Healthy Cranberry Oatmeal

In the mood for a delicious, seasonal breakfast? Try this Healthy Cranberry Oatmeal! It's refined sugar free, low fat, high fiber, gluten free, and vegan!


  • 1 cup Quick-Cooking Oats
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 4 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
  • pinch of Salt
  • ¼ cup Fresh Organic Cranberries (dried cranberries will also work)
  • 2 tbs Homemade Fruit Paste


  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, stir together the oats, almond milk, Truvia and salt. Microwave for 3-4 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid.
  • Remove the bowl from the microwave, stir in the cranberries, and microwave for 30 seconds. Lastly, stir in the fruit paste.
  • Scoop into serving bowls and enjoy!
