These Blueberry Muffin Overnight Dessert Oats are like a blueberry muffin but in oatmeal form! Sugar free, low fat, high fiber, gluten free, and vegan too

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 3 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
  • pinch of Salt
  • cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together the oats, Truvia and salt.
  • Stir in the milk, frozen blueberries and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • EAT!
