Healthy Homemade Fruit Paste

This 3-Ingredient Healthy Homemade Fruit Paste is the perfect replacement for jam or jelly. Plus, it's refined sugar free, fat free, gluten free, and vegan!

Ingredients

  • oz Pitted Medjool Dates
  • oz Dried Unsweetened Blueberries (or more dates)
  • oz Raisins (or more dates)
  • cups Boiling Water

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender (I used my Vitamix), add the dried fruits and pour the water on top. Cover with the lid and let the mixture sit for 1 hour to soften.
  • Puree the mixture and use the tamper to mix the ingredients together. Increase the speed and blend until completely smooth. Scoop the mixture into jars, seal tightly, and refrigerate to store.
