Healthy Black Velvet Frosting

This Healthy Black Velvet Frosting is thick, smooth, sweet, and chocolatey.  You’d never know it’s all natural, refined sugar free, low carb, high protein, high fiber, gluten free, dairy free, AND vegan!

  • In a stand mixer bowl fitted with a whisk attachment, add all of the ingredients.
  • Mix on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed.  Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then mix again.  Increase speed to high and beat until completely smooth.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.  Frost (or eat straight up with a spoon) the next day!
