Healthy Fluffernutter Smoothie

This Fluffernutter Smoothie is incredibly rich and smooth, it doesn't taste healthy in the slightest!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 8 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
  • 120g (1 cup) Peanut Flour
  • 8 Ice Cubes
  • All-Natural Mini Marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender (I used my Vitamix), blend together the Greek yogurt, milk and sweetener.
  • Add the peanut flour and ice and blend until completely smooth.
  • Serve immediately with the mini marshmallows, or store in the refrigerator for later.
