Healthy Carrot Cake Milkshake

This (Secretly) Healthy Carrot Cake Milkshake is super thick, creamy and satisfying you'll never know it's good for you -- it's sugar free, high fiber, high protein, low fat and gluten free. It's healthy enough for breakfast and sweet enough for dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3 heaping cups Carrots (steamed until tender and cooled)
  • 1 cup Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • ¾ tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
  • ½ tsp Orange Zest
  • 30g (¼ cup) Oat Flour
  • tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • cups Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a powerful blender (I used my Vitamix!) and puree until smooth.
  • Give it a taste and add more stevia, cinnamon, ice or a pinch of salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately with all-natural whipped cream (avoid brands that use hydrogenated oil), a dash of cinnamon, a sprinkle of unsweetened shredded coconut, crumbled walnuts/pecans or straws alone. Enjoy!
