Ingredients
- ½ cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 2 tbs Unsweetened Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbs Reduced Fat Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 3 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 3 tbs Brewed Coffee
Toppings:
- Chopped Pecans
- Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
- Reduced Fat Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together the oatmeal ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, sprinkle on the toppings. Enjoy!
