Healthy Black Velvet Chia Seed Pudding
This Healthy Black Velvet Chia Seed Pudding is lightly sweet, chocolatey, and filling, plus it’s got an amazing thick texture with a slight crunch in every delicious bite!
I know it’s not October and it’s probably not socially acceptable to be posting gothic recipes yet, but hang in there with me y’all. I couldn’t wait to share this recipe with you!
I call this “Black Velvet” because it’s got the flavor of red velvet — sweet vanilla plus chocolate — but it’s black instead of red!
It’s perfect on its own, but you can take it to the next level by topping it with some coconut whipped cream, freshly sliced strawberries, and a sprinkle of grated chocolate or raw cacao nibs.

Can we omit the activated charcoal powder?
Absolutely! It’s really just there for color, so just replace it with more cocoa powder 🙂
