SWIRRRRRRL. Yes, I love this recipe! You know how I feel about oats, so you’re speakin’ my language Jess. 😉
YEAH GURRLLLL you are like, THE oatmeal queen! *bows down* I’m not wooorrrthyyy! 😉
Can you prep several of these or would they not “hold” well?
Overnight oats can last anywhere from 1 day to a week. I think these oats will keep just fine for at least a few days, as long as they’re in a sealed, airtight container or mason jar in the fridge 🙂
I have texture issues, especially with food, and many oatmeal recipes are too squishy for me. Are your overnight oat recipes extremely soft and smushy, or do they still have a bit of bite to them? And if they are too soft, can they be made with heartier grains? Your recipes look delicious and have so many of my favorite flavors!
Hi Valerie! All of my overnight oats have texture to them because the oatmeal isn’t cooked… I guess I can describe it as an oatmeal cookie that’s been dunked in milk for a little bit? So it’s still chewy and has texture, but isn’t like mashed potatoes 😉
Thank you! I’ll definitely give these a try then. 😀
