Healthy Oreo Cheesecake Dip
This Healthy Oreo Cheesecake Dip tastes insanely sinful when it’s really actually refined sugar free, low fat, low carb, high protein, and gluten free! This is literally everything you could ever want in a dessert dip — it’s sweet, it’s creamy, it’s rich, and it’s damn delicious!
When you think of Oreos, what do you think about? For me, fond memories come alive again (usually of me sitting on the couch with my friends at 2am, snacking on those chocolate sandwich cookies during one of our sleepovers). They make me feel warm and fuzzy inside!
Or is that because of all the sugar? Yeah, probably just the sugar, preservatives and artificial crap.
Thankfully, there’s this Healthy Oreo Cheesecake Dip. This sweet and creamy deliciousness will make you melt, and it’s super easy to make too! Just toss everything in a blender and let the machine do its thing.
Healthy Oreo Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 85g (⅓ cup) Homemade Oreo Cookie Butter
- 1 tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
Instructions
- In a blender (I used my NutriBullet), add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!

Looks great! I make cheesecake concoctions with blended cottage cheese all the time and all my friends tell me Im gross. I will show them this a prove Im not the only one! This looks good and I am a sucker for anything oreo flavored!
Oh it’s only 6 ingredients, but you have to make the oreos and some chocolate sauce, then turn that into cookie butter, before you even get to make the dip! This is gonna take all day… lol ?
Yeah but it’s so worth it. And if you’re like me, then those are staples and pretty much always on hand 😉
