Healthy Canadian Maple Peanut Butter Spread

  • In a medium-sized bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
  • Scoop into a jar, seal tightly, and refrigerate to store.
Course: Dessert

This spread is a healthy and delicious replacement for storebought peanut butters that are often loaded with refined sugars and hydrogenated oils.  Natural peanut butter, pure maple syrup and some vanilla protein powder create the smoothest spread of all, with incredible taste.  This is a snack that loves you back!

  3. This looks SO good! I’ve been mixing PB & organic, grade B maple syrup (from Trader Joe’s) together for awhile, but never thought to add protein powder. If you like coconut – PB, maple syrup & unsweetened coconut make an outstanding combination!
