Healthy Blackberry Pie Overnight Dessert Oats
If you ever find yourself in a rush in the morning (who DOESN’T???) but you know that breakfast is a meal not to be skipped — I wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s the most important meal of the day, because let’s be honest, all meals and snacks and desserts are important 😉 — then make a batch of Healthy Blackberry Pie Overnight Dessert Oats! All the flavor of blackberry pie, all the sweetness of a dessert, with all the healthfulness and nutrition of oatmeal. Win-win-win.
Who else craves sweets in the morning? Oh, you too? Okay, good. Glad I’m not alone on that one!
But if you find yourself short on time or in a rush with not much time to have a sit-down breakfast, you should definitely add overnight oats to your morning routine. Just stir together a few ingredients the day or night before, stick it in the fridge, and BOOM! Breakfast is all ready for you in the morning.
All you gotta do is open the fridge door and dig in with a spoon.
Work hard, play breakfast hard.
Healthy Blackberry Pie Overnight Dessert Oats

Now that’s one balanced breakfast! You’ve got your healthy fats from the natural almond butter, complex carbs and fiber from the oats, more fiber from the blackberries, and complete protein from the combination of the oats + almond butter.

Became an addict to overnight oats recently! Check out my Overnight Chocolate Protein Oats! And I am definitely making yours for tomorrow 🙂

Would the addition of ground flax seed affect the amount of liquid needed? Thanks!
Flaxseeds will definitely make these oats thicker. I’d say 1 tbs of ground flaxseeds would require an extra 2-3 tbs of milk 🙂
I add the ground flax (and chia!) seed to my overnight oats right before eating them. If you do it earlier it changes the texture in an unpleasant way. I add a bit more vanilla almond milk at the same time.
This looks so easy. Will have to try soon.
I admit that I hate overnight oats and I tend to intermittent fast during the school year! Hey, if I can eat a massive brunch, I ain’t complaining XD but anyways, I bet overnight oats can definitely work into my routine as well! These look incredible!
