Who else craves sweets in the morning?  Oh, you too?  Okay, good.  Glad I’m not alone on that one!

But if you find yourself short on time or in a rush with not much time to have a sit-down breakfast, you should definitely add overnight oats to your morning routine.  Just stir together a few ingredients the day or night before, stick it in the fridge, and BOOM!  Breakfast is all ready for you in the morning.

All you gotta do is open the fridge door and dig in with a spoon.

Healthy Blackberry Pie Overnight Dessert Oats

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Calories per serving: 360

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries, chopped
  • 1 tbs Roasted Almond Butter
  • 2 packets Natural Sweetener, to taste (steviaTruvia, etc.)
  • pinch of Salt
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add the blackberries and almond butter.  Chop up the two together with a knife, or mash with a fork.
  2. Stir in the packeted sweetener and salt.
  3. Stir in the milk, then stir in the oats.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Serve and enjoy in the morning!

  4. I admit that I hate overnight oats and I tend to intermittent fast during the school year! Hey, if I can eat a massive brunch, I ain’t complaining XD but anyways, I bet overnight oats can definitely work into my routine as well! These look incredible!
