Ingredients:

  • 16oz Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Paste (I used homemade!)
  • 1¼ tsp Stevia Extract
  • 27g (⅓ cup) Unsweetened Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender (I used my NutriBullet) and puree until completely smooth.
  2. Serve immediately with graham crackers, fresh strawberries, sliced bananas, or spoons alone!
