  1. This looks awesome! I assume the xanthan gum is a thickener? Do you think it will work without it?

    Also, did you mean to write “milk chocolate” multiple times? I think you mean chocolate milk. Haha just a suggestion!

      Yes, xanthan gum is a thickener. I wouldn’t recommend the recipe without it, but if you really don’t want to use it, you can give it a try 🙂

  3. This sounds just like heaven in a jar! I remember downing glass after glass of chocolate milk as a kid, but I haven’t had any in ages. Though I do enjoy a tall frosty glass of almond milk every once in a while. I’ll absolutely have to give this a try. I’m thinking Christmas Eve with some lovely cookies. For Santa, of course!
