Healthy Samoas Smoothie
If you’re craving something full of caramel, coconut, and chocolate flavor, this Healthy Samoas Smoothie recipe is for you!
Fellow Samoas addicts, let’s marvel in this goodness. No need for the sugary Girl Scouts cookies made with highly processed, artificial ingredients when this creamy smoothie is around!
Oh, and this Samoas Smoothie totally breakfast worthy — it’s sugar free, low fat, gluten free, dairy free, and vegan too!

Healthy Samoas Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tbs Homemade Chocolate Syrup
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 tbs Homemade Date Caramel Sauce (or Classic Caramel Sauce)
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbs (packed) Coconut Flour
- 3 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Drizzle 2 glasses with the chocolate syrup and place in the freezer while you make the smoothie.
- In a high-speed blender (I used my Vitamix), add all of the ingredients except for the ice. Blend until completely smooth.
- Add the ice and blend until completely smooth. Add more ice if you want a thick shake texture. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Wuuuttt?? Only 120 calories and 4g of fat, plus 7g of filling fiber?! I’LL TAKE IT!!
