Healthy Peanut Butter Apple Yogurt Dip | sugar free, low fat, high protein

Healthy Peanut Butter Apple Yogurt Dip

This Healthy Peanut Butter Apple Yogurt Dip is the perfect dip for freshly sliced apples, juicy strawberries, graham crackers or spoons alone!  It’s rich and thick, just like peanut butter, and it’s sweet and satisfying, just like apples.  This surprisingly decadent dip is totally breakfast-worthy.

Most other Peanut Butter Dip recipes use whipped cream, cream cheese, and peanut butter as their main ingredients (which are most often stuffed with hydrogenated oils/trans fats and corn syrup).  Not this one!

This Healthy Peanut Butter Apple Yogurt Dip recipe uses Greek yogurt for a creamy texture and peanut flour for the rich peanut butter flavor plus an extra punch of protein.

No need for refined powdered sugar either, because this recipe is sweetened with applesauce and all-natural stevia extract!

I buy mine on Amazon.com or iHerb.com … it’s far cheaper than buying in stores, and it’s not in many stores to begin with. I hope you like the recipe Christie!!
