Healthy Key Lime Pie Dip
When you’re in the mood for Key Lime Pie but don’t have the time (or patience) to bake an entire pie and wait for it to cool (the worst part!), then make this Healthy Key Lime Pie Dip! It’s got all the flavor and texture of Key Lime Pie filling, but made sugar free, low carb, low fat, high protein, and gluten free.
And to keep the Key Lime Pie realness, serve this Healthy Key Lime Pie Dip with Graham Crackers! Or Animal Crackers. Or fruit like sliced bananas or fresh strawberries. Or spoons alone. Duh 😉
Healthy Key Lime Pie Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbs Key Lime Zest (or ~⅓ cup of my Key Lime Curd)
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- ¾ tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a blender (I used my NutriBullet), add all of the ingredients. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2+ hours. Serve with graham crackers, animal crackers, bananas, strawberries, or spoons alone. Enjoy!

This looks amazing! What is the serving size for the nutritional info given?
I didn’t measure how many cups the dip made, but it makes 4 servings. So split the total amount by 4 and that’s what the nutrition label is for 🙂
