Healthy Pumpkin Pie
Healthy Pumpkin Pie — sweet, smooth, creamy, and packed with pumpkin and spices! This pie ain’t like your typical Pumpkin Pie, though. Classic Pumpkin Pie is usually made with unhealthy ingredients, such as sugary sweetened condensed milk and a buttery crust made with bleached white flour… ughhh. The last thing we need during the holidays is a small slice of pie packed with a ton of sugar, calories, and fat.
Healthy Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- Graham Cracker Crumbs (I used Homemade Graham Crackers, recipe also in the cookbook)
- Salt
- Coconut Oil
- Egg White
- Natural Butter Flavor
Filling:
- 100% Pure Pumpkin Purée
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Eggs
- Sucanat
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Ginger
- Ground Nutmeg
- Salt
Instructions
- You can find the full recipe and instructions for this Healthy Pumpkin Pie in the Naughty or Nice Cookbook!
Recipe Notes
- I originally wasn't going to share the recipe here because I worked so incredibly hard on publishing Naughty or Nice. But, I understand not having a recipe here can be frustrating. So, I'll meet you halfway... how does that sound? I'll show you all the ingredients I use in the recipe. That way, you can determine on your own whether or not the cookbook is for you!
- Feel free to use an 8" pan instead of 9" if you like taller pies!
This Healthy Pumpkin Pie has got healthy fats, fiber, and protein. WHOOP WHOOP! Did I mention it’s PERFECT along with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream (recipe also in the cookbook)??
Look at the texture! It’s light and smooth and creamy. You’d never know this Healthy Pumpkin Pie is refined sugar-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free. Enjoy!

Be happy.
Live fully.
Feel naughty, eat nice.

DIY rainbow sprinkles so that I don;t have to feel guilty about artificial regular sprinkles!
Would love the Naughty or Nice Cookbook!
my husband is a pumpkin pie fanatic. he’ll love this.
Do you think Erythritol would work instead of Sucanat? I imagine you’d have to use more but I worry it would burn?
I haven’t tried using erythritol instead of sucanat, but I’m sure it would work just fine! You just won’t get that nice orange color, brown sugar flavor, and caramelized sugar taste. I’m sure it’ll still be good though! 😀

I’d make anything using the butter flavor I win from your giveaway! First thing will be this pumpkin pie for sure.

I would make me some lemon bars!
Or some “thin mint” cookies…
Ohhhh, that pumpkin pie looks divine! Everything sounds good to be honest, I love your recipes!
Ohh this looks so good! I would really wanna get the cookbook to try this and all the other recipes? they all look so good both for the taste and our body

Hi Jessica! My name is Grace and I love your blog so much!
I’m sixteen years old (okay, sixteen-and-a-half), and I’m the designated “Health Nut” of my group of friends….a title which I wear with honor.
I really, really love the recipes of yours that I’ve tried, I’ve spent hours poring over your recipage, your food photography is great, and moreover, I think your site design is ADORBS (amateur graphic designer here, lol).
I’ve been drooling after your cookbook since it came out, but my money is tied up at the moment (as always), so if I won it, I think I would die of happiness!!!
Keep up the awesome work! 😀
Grace! You just made my WEEK! 😀
And go you for wearing that “Health Nut” name tag with pride 😉
So glad you like my blog and recipes. I’ll definitely host another cookbook giveaway (or three) in the future. Have a great holiday and new year!
You’re recipes are great! Thank you for sharing and inspiring me to get creative 🙂
I will buy the Cookbooks in paperback, so I don’t have to copy all the pages on a Download or Kindle. Health-conscious
Thank you so much for getting your own copy of my Naughty or Nice Cookbook! You’re absolutely right, having a paperback with you in the kitchen is the way to go… lugging over a laptop or Kindle into the kitchen just gets messy 😉
Hope you like the cookbook! 😀
Best,
-Jess
